Technical consulting: architecture reviews, AI strategy and embedded engineers
In short
KriyaXlabs consults on architecture, scalability and AI strategy, audits codebases and security, and embeds senior engineers alongside your team. The advice comes from operating a portfolio of production AI products, not from a slide deck.
Advice is cheap when the adviser never has to live with it. Ours comes from running seven products: we have paid for the wrong tenancy model, the unverified model output and the missing cost cap, and we can recognise them in your codebase before they cost you the same.
Engagements are short by default — an audit is two to three days — and end with a written document you can act on with or without us.
What you get
Architecture and scalability review
Data model, tenancy, permissions, API surface and the places it will break at ten times the load.
AI and automation strategy
Where a model earns its place, where it does not, how it will be verified, and what it will cost per run.
Code and security audit
A prioritised findings document — what is dangerous, what is expensive, what is fine.
Embedded senior engineers
Alongside your team for a defined period, on your repository and your process.
How it runs
- 01A scoped brief and access, then a fixed-length review.
- 02A written findings document with severity and effort against each item.
- 03A walkthrough with your team.
- 04Optional follow-on: we fix it, or you do with the document.

Proof, not promises

How we think about it
What “enterprise-ready” actually means
Turning a consumer product into one an institution can buy is not a feature list. It is a boundary — and almost everything hard about it follows from deciding where that boundary sits.
AI engineeringGenerating questions is easy. Verifying them is the product.
Any current model will write you a plausible multiple-choice question. Getting one that is provably correct, with exactly one right answer, is a different engineering problem — and it is the only part that matters.
