ArchXFlow takes the inputs an architect actually starts from — site data, zoning rules, FAR and FSI, setbacks, a program of rooms and stated preferences — and generates professional design deliverables from them.

What separates it from a drawing generator is the ground truth underneath. Before anything is drawn, the platform assembles a measured dossier of the site: terrain, sun path, climate, flood record, seismicity, and what the neighbours overshadow. Every figure it reports carries its architectural consequence, not just the number.

Deliverables

  • Site plan with plot, setbacks, footprint, access, landscape and north arrow
  • Per-floor plans with dimensions and room labels, plus a dimensioned working drawing
  • Elevations on all four faces, and both longitudinal and cross sections
  • Structural drawings — foundation layout, plinth beams, framing plans and column schedules — driven by the measured soil, slope, flood record, seismicity and wind
  • Construction details: wall sections, stairs, foundations
  • Concept sketches, a written design concept and an area statement
  • A full written specification covering materials, finishes, structure, services and compliance
  • Renders and a real parametric 3D model you can orbit in the browser and export as glTF

Site intelligence — measured, not assumed

  • Nine elevation samples across the plot give level difference, slope percentage and fall direction, with the drainage and foundation consequences spelled out
  • A computed year-round sun path: noon altitude, solstice and equinox daylight, and the overhang depth needed to shade a standard opening
  • A ten-year daily climate archive yields design temperatures, rainfall, the wettest month, and a wind rose with the prevailing direction by season
  • Roughly three decades of flood reanalysis at the exact point: real events with dates, recurrence intervals, design return levels, and whether peaks are rising
  • Earthquake history within 300 km since 1960, converted into a seismic exposure level
  • Neighbouring building heights and bearings, so the model knows what overshadows the plot at midwinter and where overlooking comes from
  • Air quality steers the ventilation strategy; roof solar potential is quantified in annual kWh

How it behaves

  • Conversation on the left, a live project brief on the right, with a completeness meter always visible
  • One accent colour is reserved exclusively for 'assumed, needs confirmation', so that colour always carries exactly one meaning
  • Measurements and statutory figures are set in tabular numerals, because they are read as data
  • Vastu directional zoning is opt-in, and explicitly subordinate to statutory code
