Murder Chain: Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
1. About the game
Murder Chain (“the game”) is a single-player detective puzzle game for Android, published by KriyaXlabs. This policy explains what the game does and doesn’t do with your information.
2. What we collect
The game never asks for your name, email, location or contacts. It has no accounts and no analytics of its own.
3. Ads
The game shows optional “watch an ad for a reward” videos, and a short ad between some cases, which players can remove with a one-time purchase. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, crash and diagnostic data, and interaction with ads, as described in How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change that choice at any time in the game’s Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
4. What stays on your device
Your case progress, settings (music, sound, vibration) and detective ranks are saved only on your own device so you can continue where you left off. They are never uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
5. Purchases
If you remove ads or buy Instinct points, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that transaction.
6. Children
The game contains mystery themes (non-graphic references to murder) and is not directed at children under 13. Ads shown are not personalised for users who indicate they are under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, for example if online features are added, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before the change takes effect.
